Who handles your data
Petly Groom Sagl is responsible for handling booking data. For privacy questions and requests concerning your data:

- The form requires your full name, phone number, pet name and pet type, along with your selected service, groomer, date and time.
- Email, breed and the note for our team are optional. Include only information useful for your pet’s treatment; avoid sensitive personal data or unnecessary details about other people.
- The request also includes the privacy checkbox status. If phone verification is enabled, your name and phone number are sent to request an SMS code, which you enter to confirm the booking.
These details are used to create and manage your appointment, contact you about your booking and prepare the selected treatment.
Salon calendar and systems
The website sends your booking request to the salon’s management system (ERP) through its own server. The service catalogue and prices also come from the management system.
The official calendar link opens the external Altegio service. If you book there, the details you enter are sent to Altegio; also consult the privacy information available in that service.
To limit repeated requests and abuse, the server uses the IP address when checking booking requests.
Data stored in your browser
The website saves your language in localStorage under petly-lang so it can be used on later visits.
Service pages save a copy of the catalogue under petly:grooming-services:v1 so it can also be displayed if fresh data cannot be loaded. This copy contains service data, not booking form details.
You can remove these entries through your browser’s site-data settings. The language will be detected again and the catalogue will need to reload. This does not delete a booking already sent to the salon.
Maps, video and external links
The Contacts page embeds a lazy-loaded Google Maps map: your browser can load it as you approach the map, without a confirmation click. Loading it connects to Google and sends technical data such as your IP address.
The home page video uses Vimeo. Its player loads when you press Play; hovering over, focusing or touching the button can already initiate a connection to Vimeo. These connections expose technical data such as your IP address.
External content can use cookies or similar technologies depending on browser and provider settings. This page lists our address and email without loading the map or video, so you can use them to contact us without opening those embeds.
Opening WhatsApp, the shop or other linked websites takes you outside petly-groom.ch. Check the privacy information of the service you choose to use.
Questions and requests about your data
You can ask which personal data we hold about you and request correction or deletion, or object to processing, subject to applicable law. Email the address below with your request and details that help identify your booking.
Contact us for the retention periods for your booking, the recipients of your data and any processing outside Switzerland. This page does not state unverified deletion deadlines or storage countries.
